Improvements

On the Attachments tab of an actor, you can:

• View the actor-attached files and reaction files separately.
• Download all the files by clicking Download all.

API

You can set the folder structure for the archive created from files: Specify the file name and the location where the file will be stored. The API request result is a new fileName = zip.

Scripts

1. In the system Widget form, you can see the Agent joined conversation message every time when a new agent joins the chat for the first time.
2. In the support chat, you can use different UI styles for communication.
   

Fixed Issues

The dashboard size and location are not saved after dashboard closing: Now, you can view the same dashboard size and location after reopening a dashboard.
