Manage widget details panel

On the Communications page, select the needed widget. On the widget details panel, you can:

• Edit the widget avatar
• Modify the widget name
• Make the widget as favorite
• Show layers with the widget
• Copy the widget link
• View the widget history
• Edit tabs
• Remove the widget

Note: To close the widget details panel, click the close icon in the upper-right corner of the panel.

Edit widget avatar

To edit the widget avatar:
On the widget details panel, click the avatar icon and in the dropdown list, select:

• Add avatar and upload the needed image.
• Set custom color and select the needed color.
• Reset to form color reset the widget color to the widget form color.

The changes are automatically saved.

Modify widget name

To modify the widget name:

1. On the widget details panel, hover over the widget name and click the edit icon that appears.
   

2. In the widget name field, modify the widget name and click outside or press Enter on your keyboard.
   

The widget name has been changed.

Make widget favorite

To make the widget your favorite, on the widget details panel, click the asterisk icon. The widget is marked a favorite, and the asterisk icon is highlighted in orange.

Note: To unmark the widget that was marked as a favorite, click the orange asterisk icon.

Show layers with widget

To show layers with the widget, on the widget details panel, click the layer icon and in the dropdown list select the needed layer or enter the needed layer name or ID in the Search layer by name or ID field.

The widget appears on the selected layer.

Copy widget link

To copy the widget link, on the widget details panel, click the options icon and in the dropdown list, select Copy link.

The widget link has been copied, and the success message appears at the top of the Communications page.

View widget history

To view the widget history, on the widget details panel, click the options icon and in the dropdown list, select History.

The widget history appears in the History of [widget name] fields dialog where you can filter changes by period, field name, and user.

Edit tabs

When working with a widget, you can edit the following tabs the same way as you edit actor’s tabs:

• Details
• Embed code
• Shared
• Attachments
• Accounts
• Events
• Actors

Remove widget

To remove the widget:

1. On the widget details panel, click the options icon and in the dropdown list select Remove.
   

2. In the Delete selected actors and links dialog, click Permanently delete.
   

The widget has been removed and doesn’t appear in the widget list on the Communications page.
