Overview

Communications Orchestrator is a set of out-of-the-box Corezoid Processes for creating and managing bots in different messengers. Corezoid enables you to create universal Processes for managing business logic in different messengers instead of developing the business logic individually for each messenger.

Communications Orchestrator supports the following messengers:

  • Facebook Messenger
  • Viber
  • Telegram
  • Apple Messages for Business
  • Slack

Note: Whatsapp and Line are coming soon.

Create Communications Orchestrator

  1. Create a bot for one or multiple messengers you plan to use with Communications Orchestrator and save the access token for that/those messenger(s).

  2. Create a Communications Orchestrator project in Corezoid.
    Note: For more information on creating a project, go to Project.

  3. Add the Git Call node to your account:

    1. Go to MessengersSimulatorAPIuploadgit call - simulator - upload - Upload file.
    2. Click the Git Call node and click Build.
    3. In the upper-right corner, click Deploy.
